Privacy and your game data

Launch notice — operator identity, contact details and intended audience are not yet configured. This notice describes the current service; these missing details still need the operator's review.

What the service stores

Jumblet creates a guest identity and uses secure session cookies to restore your game. The server stores your runs, submitted game actions, scores, achievements and content versions. A network connection is required to play. Settings such as sound stay on your device.

Gameplay analytics are enabled for internal operators to understand starts, completions, restarts, durations and possible difficulty problems. Analytics use pseudonymous player and run identifiers. Presence reports foreground activity and expires after about 45 seconds without a heartbeat. Client-reported play time is an estimate.

Retention and recovery

Completed analytics jobs are retained for 30 days and attempt analytics for 180 days. Expired presence rows are cleaned after 24 hours. Canonical saves remain until deletion; failed analytics jobs remain for investigation. There is no advertising or store purchase integration in this release.

Use the game's identity controls to export your own data, create a recovery key, link a device, revoke sessions or request player deletion. Deletion immediately revokes access; the background privacy worker removes personal gameplay records. Security audits and deletion suppression records have separate retention. Backups are not instantly erased.

Temporary hourly backups share the game server's host. About an hour of recent progress could be lost; failure of that host or its storage could also lose the backups. Independent backup protection is not configured.

The hosting and reverse proxy may process connection information for delivery and security. Their detailed retention and operator contact disclosure remain under review. Do not send recovery keys or session credentials in support messages.
