Help with Jumblet

Coins come from playing. Spend them on boosts, streak shields and themes.

Coins also buy a Gold spark, which makes a word through it score three times.

Coins arrive automatically. Undo does not repeat a reward.

Amounts may change. The game shows the current ones.

Coin packs are sold only in the Jumblet phone app, through your phone's app store, when the app shows them for sale. The app store takes the payment. The website doesn't sell coins.

Refunds

Refunds go through the app store you bought from, not Jumblet: ask it from your purchase history there. If your app store asks us about a refund, buying coins means you agree that we tell it whether the pack's coins arrived and how many you have spent, and nothing else. A refunded pack's coins are taken back, never below a zero balance.

If coins didn't arrive

Check your connection, then close and reopen Jumblet. A purchase that needs approval shows Waiting for approval until the store confirms it.

Still missing? Email [email protected] with the date, the pack and the order number from your receipt. If your player isn't connected to a game account, add your Player ID (Settings, Protect or recover your player, Copy). Never send card details or passwords.
