About Jumblet

Jumblet is an online word puzzle game by PlayJumblet. An internet connection is required to play.

Terms of use

Coins, boosts and other in-game items are a limited license to use in Jumblet. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Purchases also follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

We may change, suspend or end any part of Jumblet. Jumblet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, PlayJumblet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, data or coins. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. We may update these terms; continuing to play means you accept them.

Credits and licenses

The dictionary retains its Wordnik license. Artwork provenance and software notices are included below.

Word rarity bands are adapted from wordfreq 3.1.1 word frequencies by Robyn Speer, used under CC BY-SA 4.0. Jumblet matched them to its dictionary and grouped them into four bands. wordfreq draws on Google Books Ngrams, the Leeds Internet Corpus, Wikipedia, ParaCrawl, OPUS OpenSubtitles 2018 from OpenSubtitles, and Twitter word statistics. It includes the SUBTLEX word lists by Marc Brysbaert et al. SUBTLEX is freely available data from Ghent University. The software notices carry wordfreq's full source credits and citations.
